What are the benefits of the twisted pair cables in the field of signal transmitting process?
I have to approaches for the issue as follows:
1. Due to the twisting of the cables, any field that will be appeared on one line, because of mutual capacitance between conductors, will be eliminated by the other line.
2. In differential transmit ion systems, the signal will be send twice one both +ve and -ve forms and the twisting of the cable will allow same physical space for both lines, and consequently the external radio interference that will hit both conductors equally, and at the end receiving equipment the signals on both lines will be subtracted and the external radio interference will be deleted accordingly.

If you have a coil interested by a time variant magnetic field, the emf induced in the coil is proportional to the coil area.
So each twist of the twisted pair of cables can be considered as a coil whose area is positive or negative: one twist area is positive, the next is negative.... and so on. And each area is very small if the cables are strongly twisted. At the end of the cables the emf is low and the external influence (noise) is low.
