Twisted tubes for heat exchangers

I would appreciate your suggestions in finding suppliers of twisted tubes. I know that Brown Fintubes/Koch has the patent to produce them, but I've heard that there are are suppliers too, therefore they are no longer protected.

Are you talking about corrugated tubes? If so, numerous manufacturers of heat exchangers use them. A company in Poland formerly known as Secespol is one example.
 
The Secespol tubes are multi-lead spiral corrugated. Same basic idea, just more intense.
