two parts seperated after modal analysis in Patran

I have a model consist of two parts in Patran. When I did a static analysis, I found error 9050. Then I did a modal analysis for trouble shooting. I found two parts seperate in the fringe plot. Does this mean the two parts are actually not connected to each other. Is this the reason for my 9050 error?

Yesr if you read all the freq from modal you will find a one or plus freq=0, it means that you model is not adequately constrained for a static analysis.
