In a user-element subroutine:
Does MLVARX=NDOFEL? Why does RHS(MLVARX,*) use MLVARX other than NDOFEL?
At the beginning of the UEL-name.for,the setting of RHS(*,*)=0 is from k1=1 to NDOFEL (not MLVARX).

Do we have to set RHS(*,*) and AMATRX(*,*) to be zero for all kinds of problems at the beginning of the .for file?
