type of fire loops

hi every body
can explain the the type of main loop?
because when i design closed loop (rectangle loop ) and the branches is feed from 2 point.
some one say to me it's wrong, he say i must cut this branches (like FIGURE A.3.4.7 Looped System. nfpa 2010)

please advice me with source NFPA

NFPA 2010 is a standard for Fixed Aerosol Fire-Extinguishing Systems, so is that the standard that you are referencing? also, since it appears that English is not your primary language, you should give us a full sketch of the system for which you are seeking the help of responders.
 
The looped system does NOT have to be like in that example. All a loop means in that the crossmains are connected to create a closed "loop" and are not dead ended. It doesn't matter if the branch lines are end fed or center fed. That picture is just a diagram of a simple example.

I had assumed the original question was from NFPA 13, 2010 edition.

TravisMack, my deceased thermo. teacher once told me back in the late '60's that assume makes an A$%^& out you and me and I never forgot that particular lesson.
