Does anyone have a table showing the overall dimensions for RW (not RHW) wire? It is the type that is tinned copper, rubber, and a braided overall cover. (NEC only has RHW listed)

I'm replacing a slate switchboard and all of the feeders are RW wire (about 1920 vintage). I was able to measure the overall dimensions of the wire during the yearly outage and needed to figure out the size of each feeder.

It's my understanding also that RW is only 60 deg wire, and I should use the 60 deg ampacity in the NEC 310.16 table.

There are no set dimensions so you'll have to measure it. RW is rated 60C.
