need a pump that is able to suck water from underground pit
with a flowrate not less than 143m/h.

Is there any piping system involved? Or you just follows what Montemayor said.

As the flow rate is quite high, i think it has to be a centrifugal pump. Now, the choice depends on the readily available pump manufacturer's specification. Better consult any textbook. find out about NPSH and other stuff.
