Hi,

Quick question:

What types of sand do usually go through a oil pipe?

Thanks.

Sand grains are pretty small, so they fit inside an oil pipeline pretty easy.

The most common is actually bituminous sand, which some people actully refer to as extra heavy oil, in which case some people wouldn't even call it a sand.
