typical value of resilient modulus of asphalt conc 1

I would like to know typical vlaues for
1. resilient mudulus for asphalt concrete for arterial/collector roads(lower class highways)
2. resilient modulus of soil cement base.
Please help.

There's not much published on the second one, but the resilient modulus for structural layers of asphalt would be about 300,000 psi.

For soil cement, I use values ranging from 200,000 to 500,000.
