I know that typical values for connate water saturation are anywhere from 15-30%. However, I've seen some people using 3-6% initial Sw in their reserves calculations. This seems very low to me. The reserves predictions are in very clean, 1-2 Darcy rock. Is this value too low? They say that they are getting the Sw from the logs, but it just doesn't seem that you can get a connate water saturation that low.

Let me know what you think.
