UCS Control in Viewports 3

What's the variable to return to one UCS for all viewports? Having a seperate UCS for each viewport is fine until you want to extract geometry for use in other places, then the "pick-up" UCS may not match the "put-down" UCS, and so placement of clipboard geometry is unreliable.

You should set both variables UCSVIEW and UCSORTHO to 0.
