UD preperg + SMC CF compression moulding problems

Hello Gents,
we were working compression moulding of UD preperg + SMC carbon fibre and we do face many challenge which are the following.

1)unable to achieve the required part height most the case we are +2 more than required heights
2)Resin pooling / resin richness in few area.

any suggestion for the above concerns.

You need to describe in detail:
- part geometry
- tooling geometry
- bagging and pressure intensifier details

Cross section sketches thru the problem areas would help also.
