Hi , When two nozzle reinforcement areas overlaps , how to proportionate the area for reinforcement as per the ratio of their diameters.(Opening_1 dia 462mm & opening_2 dia 194mm & Distance between their centres is 388 mm.)

OP,
It is essentially telling to allocate the overlap area (say AO) of each A1 for each nozzle by the ratio of the nozzle diameters.
This means nozzle 1 will get more share of the overlapping AO than nozzle 2. Example: Overalapping area allocation for nozzle 1= (AO x 462/194).
Finally, make a check that each nozzle is adequately reinforced (repad or without repad).
