I had many extra work, because of the lack of multi-axis roughing strategies in Unigraphics, and NX. Before NX7, You have to use finishing strategies, like variable-axis contouring to generate path for the roughing. Now, you can use ball-mills for multi-axis roughing..the blade machining strategies give some tools, but not enough.
