Does anybody have experience with applying Power Delivery Products self-adjusting current trip fault indicators on a industrial UG feed such as a hospital? Or any other type of UG circuit for that matter. I am thinking about using them on a UG circuit, but wonder about there accuracy and dependability.

Fault indicators are extremely common on UG circuits. Most utilities use them to help isolate cable faults.

I'm not familiar with the brand you referenced, but I'm not sure where you are. We specify a brand called Fisher-Pierce ( although I think they are owned and/or marketed by Joslyn now. We have had good experience with them.

I'd certainly recommend some type of fault indicator for UG circuits of any complexity.
