UG line execution with Preheating Temperature

Hello, Does anyone come across the phenomenon of preheating analysis of Carbon Steel Underground Pipeline?

I had some queries between stress analysis procedure on Caesar and execution procedure at site.
Can anyone please help me out with the process of execution of UG pipeline with Preheating temp. phenomenon?
