UG/NX: Rebuild problems

Hello All,

I'm currently working on NX10 model that has more than 1000 features. Every time if I edit any feature, entire model rebuilds. Is there any way to come out of this situation?.
I heard there is an option called Freeze in solid works. Please suggest me guys.

In menu -> tools -> update, you will find options to delay part updates. Also, there are options in menu -> preferences -> modeling -> update that influence when updates occur (refer to the help files for more info).

I tried update options. Still i couldn't resolve it. If you have some videos regarding this, please send it across.
