First, you all are a great group that's helped me numerous times. Here's the latest issue. Just received a new plotter, HP DJ500 for printing up to E Size drawings. It's hooked up locally via USB and I can't plot anything to save my life. 8.5 x 11 prints look great but when trying to plot anything large, fonts distort and lines scale incorrectly. I would be eternally grateful if anyone has anything that can help. Version of UG is NX1 and we're working on Win2k.

I've included what I think my plot queue setup looks like but you'll see from the (?) that I'm not 100% sure of anything. It's been awhile since I've had a proper plotter and needed to set these options.

Pqmgr:
Despooler name =UGIIHP
Plotter Vendor =HP
Plotter Type =Electrostatic (?)
Number of pens =8 (?)
Controller ID = (?)
Plotter Model =500
Plotter Switches =(?)
Media Control =Continuous
Distance between Plot =0
Output Mode =Queue
Plotter Com Line =
System Queue Name =\\laptop1\hp500
Directory Pathname =
Tape Density =1600 (?)
Message Interval =
Message Com Line =
Horizonal Maximum =0
Vertical Maximum =0
Steps per Inch =1420 (?)
Optimization Level =None

TIA,
Chris

I'd take another look at your Steps Per Inch setting...maybe call GTAC for help if no one responds quickly.

You also might want to read over the Plotting documentation for help on setting up your plot queue with pqmgr.
