Found this in the syslog, what on earth does it do? Anyone have a clue? :D

It probably means that you shouldn't be spending a lot of time reading syslogs ;-)

Seriously, if you go to the UGII folder and look in the 'ugii_env.dat' file you will find the following entry:

# UGII_DUMBIFY_FEATURE If set as 0, freeform features (e.g. bridge surface, quilt surface,
# and through-curve surface etc) will be deleted when their parent features
# are deleted. By default, these freeform features are dumbified when deleting
# their parent features.

UGII_DUMBIFY_FEATURE=1


So it appears that this is the default OOTB setting and basically is provided to allow you to control how the system treats the 'children' of deleted freeform objects, in this case they are simply converted into 'dumb' or non-parametric features instead of being deleted altogether.

Yeah, too many syslogs the last couple of days, and when I scrolled down I noticed that and couldn't stop thinking about it :D
