UGNX3 To Catia V4

I'm helping a guy out here w/ a UGNX3 translation to Catia V4. I have access to one box with the UG to Catia V4 license. Every solid I translate to Catia is an open volume. Is there a setting I've missed to take a UGNX3 solid to a Catia V4 solid? Any tips would be appreciated

I would export it out as a step file, if CATIA V4 can import it. Otherwise, a .stl file would work too. Even could do .igs, but then you'd have to fix any broken surfaces and then sew them.

If jackley's suggestion doesn't work, call GTAC if your maintenance is up to date...they can help you out with the translators.
