UK Statutory Instrument - Threshold Quantity of Hazardous Substances

Hi, all,

I am looking for the threshold quantity requirement of hazardous substances. Please see whether you have ideas on the following for UK requirements:

1. It appears that SI 1982/1357 "Notification of Installation Handling Hazardous Substances Regulations 1982" has not been posted on the OPSI website. Does any one know where to download it?

2. Is SI 2002/2979 the only amendment to the SI 1982/1357?

3. Is there any amendment to SI 1992/656 "The Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 1992"?

SI 1982/1357 "Notification of Installation Handling Hazardous Substances Regulations 1982" has not been posted on OPSI. But I have downloaded from my friend through UK law library, which pre-registration is required.
