I am unable to meet the minimum required spacing between two bus bars of opposite polarity using UL 891. I plan to use heat shrink tubing to get around this.

than 0.33 mm ( 0.013 in) shall comply with (a) – (e).
Does this mean that if I meet the requirements of (a) – (e) all I need is 0.013 in of separation between the insulated bus bars?
