Hi tugboat

Thank you
The average PPM remove from manufacturer filters is range between 20 - 40 ppm
The average particles in range 15- 30 ppm

Ultra fine filters type which we looking for is reach 5 ppm effiency of particles removal

So is there manufacturer you advice to contact them

Best regards
John

Donaldson provides a number of options for higher efficiency secondary fuel filters,
Fleetguard is now owned by Cummins, but still offers a number of options for other manufacturers engines,
Several engine manufacturers offer nominal 2 micron secondary fuel filters for newer engines with high pressure fuel injection systems.

High efficiency secondary fuel filtering requires use in conjunction with properly sized and rated primary fuel filtration system, otherwise premature plugging of the secondary elements can cause severely reduced service intervals.

Hope that helps, MikeL

I assume you mean micron when you say ppm. You need to contact your local supplier of hydraulic controls components. They'll likely represent a filter manufacturer. From their, select a housing and filter element. Housings are selected on desired filter size, pressure rating, fluid compatibility. Elements are going to have choices such as cellulose or glass fiber, micron rating, absolute, water coalescing, etc... At these small micron ratings this filter will have to be pumped through and will not work as a suction filter.

Since OP asked about Cat and Perkins, they are likely referring to the C4.4 engine. Caterpillar filter 1R-750 is a 2 micron nominal filter for those engines.

Thank you rriver

Is there possible to provide me dependent manufacturer for this type of filters
American or UK companies deal with this kind of filters ??

Look for your filter based on the standard you want to meet. Can't help you anymore than that without a lot more information. Is your definition of ppm for your question a secret?
