ultrasonic stiffness measurements

Is anybody familiar with an ASTM standard for measuring the stiffness of AFRC plates using ultrasonic methods?

particularly the dialogue between Godfrey Hands, now of NDT Consultants and Wolfgang Bisle. Herr Bisle names many proprietary resonance testers, mainly bond testers. The precursor and still going strong is the Fokker Bond Tester, befoe that it was the "coin tap".
