Unable to edit cad model by PMI Dimensions

I have created cad model in nx-8.5 and added PMI dimensions (didnt converted sketch dimensions to PMI). When tried to change the cad model thru PMI dimensions getting edit dimension in dialogue box like drafting. How to make PMI dimensions driving dimensions for model.

I don't think PMI works like this... You want the dimensions to drive the model dimensions like you can in a sketch but I'm fairly certain PMI is used for displaying dimensions not driving the model.

PMI is primarily used for 3D GD&T to replace the need for 2D drawings. The closest I can think of to what you want is to create a sketch-based model and then edit the constraining sketch dimensions, which will update the dependent features derived from it.
