Unable to ReBuild NXOpen Assembly Viewer Sample

Hi,
I created and able to run NXOpen Sample application provided in the folder <UGOPEN DIR>NXOpenSamples\.Net\AssemblyViewer.

But, after closing the application and trying to Rebuild the application it throws an error "AssemblyViewer.dll still in use".

Can anyone suggest me what should i add to get application released.

In visual studio, start a brand new project using the NX template then look at the unload options provided. Compare those to what is used in the Assembly Viewer program.

I have checked with the Template even it uses the same unload options.
