unable to restitute Nodelock lic.

We are having problems restituting Catia lic.
They are extracted using a vpn
Does anyone have some input??

are you using lum 4.6.8? if not you should be as you there is a patch (patch3 or higher) that removes some of the checks that lum makes on restitution. However this may not solve your problem as lum even after patching requires that the host name has not changed between extraction and restitution (the hostname in this contex includes the the domain suffix of the connection the lum server is being accessed through, which can cause issues when your connection moves about.
