Hi, I am unable to see graphic window.

1. You may have an unsupported graphics card. Check the "Graphics device" listed in the NX Log and compare it against the list of NX certified graphics cards ( ).

2. You may be using a 3rd-party plugin that suppresses display refresh and fails to unsuppress it. You can try regenerating the work view (just type "Regenerate" in the Command Finder), but this will only work if the display was unsuppressed and just not regenerated. Your best bet here would be contacting the plugin developer.
 
Try Reset Window Position in the User Interface preferences.

@PhoeNX, I have tried Reset window position and it's not working.
Is there any variable or preferences which is blocking or refreshing graphics window.
 
@Bleaker, I am using the Intel HD Graphics 3000.

I would have said it's a layout issue and a reset would fix, but I'm now thinking along @Bleaker's line, that it's a graphic issue of some kind.
Using an unsupported chipset like the Intel HD, there isn't much you can do besides try various drivers.

NX actually does support some of the newer Intel HD cards, but HD 3000 is from early 2011. Notebookcheck reports a max FPS value of 0,74 for NX.

You can try updating the drivers, but it is probably futile. Even if you do manage to get NX working on such an ancient GPU, it will be a pain, especially if the rest of the hardware matches the graphics card.
 
Have you had this computer display the graphics ever ?
Or is this the first start of NX on this computer ?
