I created a Block, went to drafting application. Then while inserting the "Base View" I selected the "Orientation tool", selected a face (that needed to be parallel to screen), then clicked MB2, placed the view in the drawing.
Now when I select the Break-Out section command, this view is (placed as above) not listed, which means I cannot take Break-out section on that view!! Preselecting the view and then invoking the command also will not help.
You can try with any other models to recreate the situation.
If I don't use Orientation Tool, I will not be having this problem.
