Unbend and rebend conic shapes.

Hello,

I have designed a conic model using SB Base Lofted Flange in sheet metal environment. after creating the conic part, i use Unbend tool to flatten the part in order to make cutouts on the surface. but after Unbending, I try to Rebend the part using the Rebend tool back to conic shape but i get an Alert that " Failed to create preview. verfiy inputs".

any ides how can I solve this issue?
