Under Water Fiber Optic Cable

I am having difficulty finding a fiber optic cable for a test which has the following requirements:

- Works to a depth of 250 feet
- Has a tension test strength of 20lb or more
- Singe-mode, single-strand
- 1.5 mm Diameter or less
- 5-10 km length

If anyone knows any distributors or manufactures that sell this sort of fiber optic (most fiber optic cables don't work to this sort of depth, or are too thick) please let me know.
