Underground Pipe Wrapping Inspection

Hi everybody.
I want to know which parameters should be checked for inspection after UG pipe wrapping application, and how long after applying wrapping, the pipe should be sandfilled and backfilled (buried)? Does the sunlight damage the wrapping tapes?

Visual inspection plus holiday test - NACE SP0284 - over the ditch. After it has been buried some owners also insist upon final confirmation with NACE TM0109/SP0207.

If the material has been formulated with carbon black and other UV stabilisers, a few weeks in the sunlight won't do it any harm.
