Underline Block Labels

Just wondering if there's a way to underline text in a block label and/or of a callout, or more generally, underline text of a style (ex: iso).

A text block can have individual character/word formatting, but a callout can only be formatted for the whole text.

Right, but what about underlining?

Question wasn't about individual formatting, it was about the availibility to underline text in a block label or a callout.

The Text & Leader tab of the callout dialog does not show an underline option, only regular, bold, italic & bold-italic.
