Hello,

I am trying to export the end result of an Explicit job to Implicit. The job starts, but then quickly exits with the following warnings and error. Can someone please help me to diagnose and fix the problem?:

***WARNING: THE SYSTEM MATRIX HAS 41221 NEGATIVE EIGENVALUES.
EXPLANATIONS ARE SUGGESTED AFTER THE FIRST OCCURRENCE OF THIS MESSAGE.

***WARNING: SOLVER PROBLEM. NUMERICAL SINGULARITY WHEN PROCESSING NODE
ANNULUSSHELL_W125-1.1050 D.O.F. 3 RATIO = 21.8057E+09 .

***WARNING: THE STRAINS ARE SO LARGE THAT THE PROGRAM WILL NOT ATTEMPT THE
HYPERELASTICITY CALCULATION AT 3228 POINTS

***NOTE: MATERIAL CALCULATIONS FAILED TO CONVERGE OR WERE NOT ATTEMPTED AT ONE
OR MORE POINTS. CONVERGENCE IS JUDGED UNLIKELY.

***ERROR: TOO MANY ATTEMPTS MADE FOR THIS INCREMENT

It seems that the model is underconstrained. Check all settings of the analysis including boundary conditions, loads, interactions and so on. Make sure that all units are correct and material properties are properly defined.

Out of curiosity: Was stuff flying out into outer space in your Explicit job? :)

As has been noted, the model is underconstrained. Run a normal modes (i.e., an eigenvalue analysis) and you will see where stuff is free.
