Above thread was closed but this relates. My question is in regards to an unequal leg angle in bending about the geometric axis, which resolves both into major principal and minor principal axis bending. Eq. (F10-6) gives the major principal axis bending capacity. But what about the minor principal axis bending capacity?

for me I'd calc the bending stress (sum the two contributions from strong and weak axis bending) at the obvious points on an angle as see what I get. I don't think you can get there by working with moment capacities.

another day in paradise, or is paradise one day closer ?

Bending about the geometric axis is only a choice if the angle is restrained from rotating, and that's still fishy. If you need to, find the principal axes angle from the geometric and resolve the geometric axis applied forces into principal axis forces and analyze for stresses. This can be quite time-consuming and extremely difficult because of the number of mistakes one can make along the way. You also need properties based on principal axes.

That's how I understand it anyway.
