Several of our cadders are getting the FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x0000 Exception at 340040 cbh when they use the Logitech marble mouse to pan and zoom in a drawing. We have tried a few fixes in the past, including one that modified the registry, but no luck. The scrolling pan and zoom is the best thing since they put Scotch in bottles -- I'd hate to not use it, so all help will be appreciated!!

Cheers . . . . . Rocky

Hi Rocky,
do You use a Logitech-driver? Change it, take a driver of Win2K.
Un-check the screen-scroll-line(?) at the right edge of Your screen (options).
Somtimes the video-card is to bad for zooming and paning.

Good luck, Lothar (Scotch-fan)
