unhandled error with FloWorks 1

I NEED a help please!! I've having a problem with COSMOS FloWorks. Every time I try to get into "general setting..." or "Local Initial Mesh" in the COSMOS FloWorks, it will crash and terminate Solidworks because of an unhandled error. I don't know what kind of error this is, but I have been trying to solve this with no luck so far. I was wondering anybody had the same problem and solved this.

I am running
Solidworks 2005 SP5.0
FloWorks 2005/Standard SP1.0
Windows XP Pro Ver.2002 Service Pack 1.0

I really feel you pain, brother. How vague is 'an unhandled error?' So the point is, I/ and COSMOS can't give you a better handle on your problem, but I can suggest tips and tricks for making COSMOS Flo/Works work.
