Hello Everyone,

When applying gravity loads in Pro Mechanica, it seems logical to me to select a unit system that that uses mass/length^3 units not force/length^s. Therefore when operating in English units I would like to use slugs/ft^3 for density. I feel like using pounds already incompasses the earth's gravity....what if I want to do an analysis on a shuttle operating in the moon's atmosphere? I believe that 1 lbm = 1 lbf at g = 32.2 ft/sec^3, how ever this equivalence is lost at other magnitudes of gravity....someone please set me straight on this issues, because I am sure it is a relatively simple piece of info I am over looking.

Thanks,

Dane
