Unlocking the hard-coded F1 Help menu in 2312 1

Hi all,

I switched companies again, and I'm running NX 2312. I want to resurrect this old thread:

I can't seem to get those solutions to work anymore, which makes sense since it's been 7 years.

Can anyone help me unlock F1 so that I can repurpose it for another command besides Help?

Hey Past WDAG, it's me again. Here's the workaround:


1) Pick a folder, somewhere nice that won't get tampered with
2) Add an environment variable UGII_USER_DIR and refer to that folder
3) Add a /startup subfolder within the USER_DIR
4) Drop unlock_f1.men into the /startup folder
