In versions past (NX2 was the last version I used) when model changes made blends error out, I would simply edit the blend by deselecting the leftover curves that signified where the edge(s) used to be and selected my new edge(s) to apply the blend and press OK. When I do the same thing in NX6 (6.0.2.8 and the initial release), I get an error message (see attached) that says "Cannot recreate feature because a parent has been deleted". In NX6, now I have to hit the 'edit' button (red box around it in the screenshot) and then press 'OK' to dismiss this error message.
I don't remember ever seeing this particular message in NX2, and it seems pretty useless in NX6 since you simply hit 'edit' then 'OK' and it goes away. So, why do we need this annoying message? Is there a way to edit the blend where this won't pop up when I'm done?
I have seen the same message for other features that have to do with edges such as chamfer and taper (from edge).
