Update on retaping distribution transformers

a small update for the retaping problem in Haiti :
we have been readjusting the output voltage of the generators to 208v , reprogrammed the 10KW UPS to the same voltage , setting the ATS values to mi 200/max 220 v , and adjusted the transformers to 208v.
No more beeps , undervoltage and so on
