Updating all parts to 2011

On one of my assemblies, Assembly Expert is telling me that 203 parts are not up to date with SW2011 and it will cause longer file open times. The whole assembly is about 5700 parts (1400 unique). Is there a way to update the out-of-date parts as a batch thru PDM Enterprise or SW without updating the ENTIRE assy file?
