UPDATING THE PART NAME AND DESCRIPTION FOR ITEM AND ITEM REVISION

When we update the Item Name and description in team center , it does not update the same for Item revision , please let us know is there a way to update the description for Item so that it will automatically reflects in other Dataset type including item Revision.

One more request is that If I need to change the part number and description for and item whether is there a way it will automatically reflect the updates in all the other data sets like
Item revision, UG mater & UG drawing.
