Switched to a new computer and upgraded to Windows 10. Have RISA 2D on the old computer which is no longer used. Can I switch it to the new computer or do I have to buy a new program at $750.00?

Yes, usually you can switch it to the new computer pretty easily. Are we talking a hardware key or the internet / cloud licensing?

If it's the cloud licensing, then it should be pretty automatic. The only problems (that I know of) arise if the program crashed on the old computer and you never checked the license back in by exiting properly.
