Upper limit of hydrotest pressure on ASME Div 2 2007

Hi all

Does anybody know how to determine the upper limit of hydrotest pressure per 8.2.1.c which refers to another para. 4.1.6.2.a.2 in ASME DIV 2, 2007 A08 ? Is this mandatory to be shown on drawing or on nameplate ? Thanks
