Hi,

I need urgent help here. I have a question on the microsoft access. What's happening is that i have a form that can allow user to view report, print report and export to excel.

The report is a bit nasty in a sense that it's been arranged or formatted in a way that looks more professionall or advance. It's got report heading, other headings, columns, number of rows. So it looks like a real report. Now, i know how to export report to excel but what i don't know and have never done before is to export such report to excel and make the excel looks similar to the report.

So my question is is it possible? what do i have to do to make it happen?

Yes - simple via VBA. Do it as a 'pull' from Excel rather than a 'push' from Access. Don't forget that you're limited to 32k rows in Excel!

Good Luck
