Good evening,

i'm a Project Manager of a bunker terminal in construction in Panama.
I'm looking for holes plates in stainless steel. Here the specifications:

Material: Aisi 304
Thickness: 8 mm
Holes diameter:6 mm
Distance holes-holes: 8/9 mm

I need about 3 plates of 48"x96"...but it is not important the size because we will cut them.

I hope that someone can advice me a supplier.

Laser cutters price their work by cut length and number of pierces.
So it makes little sense to pattern an entire sheet if that's not what you need.
Better to define and draw the exact part(s) you need, send a DXF to the laser cutter, and let him blank and pierce the parts, and nest however many he can get from a sheet.
The laser can also cut whatever bolt holes you need.

The laser cutting service can also use lasers to burn/mark part numbers on the supplied parts, but they may have to use two different laser machines, because it's hard to throttle the photon cannons to just scratch the surface without piercing the sheet at sharp corners and intersections in the glyphs. To avoid that and still identify the parts, you could cut notch patterns in the part edges; think barcodes cut instead of printed.

You can actually run at a lowish power (500-800W) and pulse at short duty cycle/moderate frequency, to mark a piece pretty well.
Use air as an assist and a high nozzle standoff. You sure won't hurt 8mm stainless!

The lasers I worked with in my old job had a program for marking. Any contractor will be able to do this.

I'm pretty sure, however, that "holed" plate is readily available in the marked. I'm not sure about it in 8mm stainless though

Also, 6mm holes in 8mm plate is not easy. It's doable but you may not have the finish you want.

Holed plate is normally made by mechanical perforating in a specialized punch press.
Hole size in 8mm stainless would typically be limited to 8mm or larger, because of normal mechanical punching limitations.
There's no reason that a laser couldn't perf a 2mm or smaller hole in 8mm stainless.

Edge finish will be the same as any lasercut piece; just as if you'd drilled it out with ~.010" drills on ~.007" centers, and heated the metal enough to leave a ~.005" HAZ nicely blued. It looks rough but uniform under magnification. From across a room, it looks shiny.
