I searched for USB port monitor and saw the latest post was from 2007 or 2010 or something...anyways, there's a lot of free and non-free downloads from a google search, but I trust none of them, and was hoping to get a lead here. Years ago I used serial test (RS232), along with a 'T' cable and it worked great, I'm not sure what has evolved in sniffing serial communications since then.
