Does anyone has a flow chart on how the USDFLD or VUSDFLD subroutine works? For example, in the case of damage initiation, how the subroutine send the failure indicators and how ABAQUS update stiffness matrix (or how to get the degraded material) and the stress state? I have looked into the user manual, They show how to implement/write it, but I did not find detailed information on how the subroutine works with ABAQUS.
