Use Excell to draw W Beams?

I was wondering how to do this.

I want to input my values from my steel book into Excell ie:
k
k1
d
b
t
ect.

And then use a program to draw all these beams with the proper sizes from excell? Anyone know the best way to do this? Note, I'm also having to fillet the edges of the flange and web.
